we craft our products fresh. with this in mind, orders are mixed and packaged at the time of ordering.  Orders will ship within 5 days.

local pick up + delivery

Sadly we no longer offer pick up options in Calgary. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

national shipping

we ship everything (but our bone broth!) with Canada Post. if you require your order earlier, or have special delivery instructions, please email us at hello@thegutlab.ca

international shipping

yes, we do ship to the US + beyond! to our friends in other far off places, please send a special request here. please note we are not responsible for duties, taxes, or any other love shown throughout the international shipping process.
