chocolate coconut granola

the perfect granola for your saturday morning brunch, after dinner dessert, or really, because you feel like it - we love this down to earth, deliciously grounded recipe created by Sadé Thomasos.

ingredients:

2 cups of gluten free oats ⠀

2 tbsp cosmic hot cacao

1/2 cup coconut flakes ⠀

1 cup pumpkin seeds⠀

1/3 cup of maple syrup⠀

1/3 cup organic sunflower butter ⠀

2 tbsp chia seeds ⠀

4 tbsp hemp seeds ⠀

3 tbsp coconut oil ⠀

method:

1. preheat to 325 degrees F⠀

2. in a small saucepan heat up the nut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup until combined ⠀

3. add dry ingredients to a big bowl and mix together add in the wet ingredients and coat well⠀

4. transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 20 mins.

5. remove from oven and let completely cook for chunky granola ⠀

6. store in airtight container up to 2 weeks (buttt it prolly won’t last that long!⠀
